Begin facilitating your short sale transaction see below for fees

In coordination with Old Republic Title Company, order your Preliminary Report and estimated Closing Statements and upon receipt of a ratified Purchase Agreement, open escrow

Meet with Sellers directly to evaluate their current financial situation and requirements (under direct supervision of our in house attorneys)

Facilitate all appraisals and inspections required by Lender

Persistently advocate for both the Buyer and Seller for the best possible short sale settlement possible with the Lenders

Turn a 90 day closing into a 45 day closing (results not guaranteed)

Transaction fees paid at Close of Escrow and only if escrow closes!
Initial Non Refundable Deposit (File Setup) - $500
First Loan - $1,500
Second Loan - $1,000
Third-Fifth loans - $500 each
IRS Liens - $500 each
Other Liens - $250 each
Homeowner or Agent pays the initial deposit of $500 upon retaining Facilitator. Facilitator will use best efforts to have Lenders pay fees after initial deposit. HOWEVER, if Lender does not pay fees, Listing Agent shall pay fees from their commission to Facilitor.
