FEES:

Initial Non Refundable Deposit (File Setup) - $500
First Loan - $1,500
Second Loan - $1,000
Third-Fifth loans - $500 each
IRS Liens - $500 each
Other Liens - $250 each

Homeowner or Agent pays the initial deposit of $500 upon retaining Facilitator. Facilitator will use best efforts to have Lenders pay fees after initial deposit. HOWEVER, if Lender does not pay fees, Listing Agent shall pay fees from their commission to Facilitor.
